RELIEF ORGANIZATIONS
Below are several links to organizations where you can make donations to help in the continuing relief efforts from the various disasters that have happened around the world in the past year.
A complete list of organizations accepting tsunami relief donations is available on CNN's website. A list of organizations accepting hurricane relief donations is available through Network for Good.
The U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency has also provided information on how to help.
There are assistant monitor positions available. Applicants should be of librarian rank or higher in the guild and should be able to work at least two shifts every week. Applicants should be calm, articulate, aware of the guild rules and of how the message board works.
Please send in a little about yourself and what hours you would like to work. Flexibility is a bonus for those odd occasions when real life interferes with someones duty.
The newspaper is currently looking for additional staff writers and content editors. The paper is also interested in finding individuals with html experience to help with the layout and publishing of the paper.

Assistant Webmaster
For the sake of my (webmaster) sanity, I'd be interested in adding at least one
webmaster assistant. Guild members ranked Librarian or higher (exceptions looked
at) with HTML/CSS experience should send applications and inquiries to the webmaster.

1. Ummagine Stamp
The guild has an Ummagine Stamp. There is an offer from someone outside the
guild to purchase it. It was agreed to offer the Stamp to the guild members, and
if no one wants the stamp, then it would be sold to a non member.
2. Furniture Shop NP donations
The furniture shop will be added to the Donation Shop’s list of supported shops.
This will take place February 1.
3. Shop Trades
Donation Trades:
The council is going to hold off on allowing donation trades with members at
this time. Currently, the ONLY trade a shop can make is with the donation shop.
Even if no neopoints are involved, shops cannot make donation trades with
members.
Avatar Items & Battle Items:
We are easing back into the trades, so our first step will be to resume loaning
the Avatar Items and Battle Items. These loaning activities will take place
through the trades. If collateral is required, then items are preferable to
neopoints, however either will be accepted. These types of trades are only
necessary in the Battle, Card and cute_chic4eva accounts.
4. New battledome item
The council agreed to purchase a Frozen Wand of Crystals from a member that
would like to sell it to the Battle Shop at a reduced amount.
5. Gallery Spotlight
The Gallery Spotlight has been caught up and will resume once again under the
supervision of mrsmou. Beginning in January, this activity will occur every two
weeks.
The website has been dressed up for various special occasions or holidays, and the changing seasons.
