Eric Winslow was born Eric Keck on October 5th 1988 in Danville, Virginia. Eric grew up in the garage area of what used to be the Busch Grand National Series. His grand-parents worked for 5 time Busch champion Jack Ingram until he retired and then began to help Tommy Houston. He met lots of people, traveled all over the United States, and fell in love with racing.


In 1994 Eric met Ernest Winslow who was racing the Goody's Dash Series and would spend as much time as possible with Ernest at the tracks.



When Tommy Houston retired Eric and Daddy Bobby decided it was time for Eric to start racing. He ran his first full year in go karts in 1997 in Caswell County, North Carolina. Thats where he got his first win. In 1998 he ran at Caswell and Amelia Motor Speedway. The wins kept coming as did the experience.


By 1999 he ran the AMR and Virginia Dirt Karting Series. He Continued go kart racing until 2002. He quit racing full time for a while to help Ernest Winslow with his Limited Late Model.


In the spring of 2007 Eric decided he wanted to race cars on asphalt. So he got a U-Car and went to East Carolina Motor Speedway. Winning the first 3 races that year and 7 races at ECMS and also collecting 3-checkered flags at Wake County Speedway in The 2007 Season. Eric would go on to win the Rookie of the Year Award and the Championship at ECMS.

At the start of the 2008 racing season Eric decided it was time to move up again so he got a Limited Late Model and went to Coastal Plains Raceway where he finished tied for the Championship and won the Rookie of the Year Award.
