PayPal/Shopping Cart Problems
We are not responsible for technical problems you may encounter with a third party server. If you are having problems completing an order through PayPal there could be several reasons. Make sure that you have cookies and JavaScript enabled on your browser.

Their server could be overloaded and you need to try again later.

In addition, we have our PayPal preferences set to refuse foreign orders, payments from unverified bank accounts, or shipping to an address other than the billing address. These settings are to protect us from fraud. If you encounter other problems with PayPal, please contact their technical assistance department listed on the PayPal website under the help menu.


Sales Tax
Widdershin’s is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of South Carolina. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Out-Of-Stock Items
Widdershin’s will notify you via email and inform you of expected arrival date or offer alternatives if an item is currently out-of-stock.

Discontinued Items
If an item is discontinued Widdershin’s will notify you via email and credit your account, for that item.

Orders by Mail
If you wish to send in the order, please use the mail in order form at . You will be contacted with shipping costs after we receive your order.


Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. If you wish to expedite your order we will ship it via Express Mail (overnight) for an additional $15.00. Please allow 2-3 days processing time on all orders before shipping. This is a small family business; we do not have employees so we may not be able to ship as quickly as we would like. Items ordered may be out of stock and for this reason may take longer to ship. There may be a 5-7 day delay before we send out your package after receiving payment.

Very large, heavy or fragile items may require special shipping procedures and will cost more than the PayPal shopping cart can calculate. We will contact about these special shipping requirements.

As stated before we are a small family-owned and ran store. Our facilities are not large so we do not have the facilities to store vast amounts of inventory beyond that which is in our Brick-n-Mortar shop.

We ship orders twice monthly. Orders recieved between the 1st and 15th, will ship between the 16th and 23rd. Orders recieved between the 16th and the 1 first of the next month, will be shipped between the 2nd and 9th. We are a small family operated business also operating a "Brick-n-Mortar" store. Sometimes we get behind. If you have a rush order that cannot wait (i.e. you ordered on Thursday and need ASAP) add a comment with your order and we will try to ship sooner.


Return Policies
Widdershin’s offers its customers a 60-day money back guarantee for every product, although we are unable to refund any shipping costs. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to Widdershin’s for a full refund of the products purchase price; however, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Orders canceled before they are shipped are subject to a $25 cancellation-processing fee. We do not refund shipping costs. Orders that are unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable will be charged shipping, plus return shipping, plus a cancellation fee.

**Uninsured Merchandise Lost or Damaged in Transit

All packages are insured for the retail value of the item along with package tracking. You "MUST" contact us immediately if you have received merchandise damaged in transit. You must follow directions posted by the USPS to file a claim and receive a refund.

All other merchandise: You have 10 days to return "undamaged" merchandise for store credit. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please make certain that you have insured your package. If it is lost or damaged in transit we will not process a refund for you.

No refunds after 60 (sixty) days.

Shipping charges are subject to change due to size and weight of some items.

We don't offer drop shipping. But...arrangements can be made for individual orders to be shipped as a gift to another address. Just email us first.
