Angela Stretton had been making false allegations since she was a teenager, including false emergency calls. At one point she was convicted of making false allegations and fined. This was ignored when investigating the Western Isles Satanic Abuse Case. This was ignored because they did not want to find evidence disproving the allegations, they solely searched for evidence to convict. Angela Stretton had a history of mental instability, which was known to those responsible for pursuing this case. One of her daughters, at the centre of the allegations, had made accusations against her foster-parent, this had been proved to be false, again this was ignored. The fact that this family had learned how to lie in order to receive special attention and financial reward was not just ignored, it was positively encouraged by social services, NCH and Western Isles Women's Aid. Angela Stretton is a dangerous woman, made all the more so because she is protected from having to answer for what she has done, her daughters are having their names changed to protect them from having to face the situation they have created. No effort was made to afford our children such protection. Ian was named in national newspapers across the country. No effort was made to distinguish between the alleged victims and our children. Social Services deliberately encouraged the assumption that the alleged victims were our children. This family is dangerous, without a doubt they will do this again. Before you dismiss this off-hand, consider this, if a child you know bears a grudge against you decides to lie about contact between you and him/her by making a complaint to social services or the police, who are they going to believe? Who do they want to believe? Can you prove otherwise?
