My name is Leeanne and I live in South Eastern Wisconsin. I recently entered the world of quilting shortly before getting married to my wonderful husband Rory on February 23rd, 2002. I have two wonderful children, Kaysi who just turned 3 on March 27th and Noah who was born on December 6th 2002 (that would make him 9 months old). That is a picture of him in all of the banners at the top of the page. I guess hes kind of the SweetDream logo.
I have always loved to make all sorts of craft projects, cross stitching, candle making, scrapbooking, just about anything you can think of. I even made just about everything for our wedding. I figured it would help us to save money and I had a lot of fun doing it. So when i got a sewing machine for my 20th birthday, I started sewing.
My first real quilt i made was for my son Noah. It is a small crib size quilt made with different blue plaid patterns. I couldnt find a boys crib set i really liked so to go along with the quilt I also made crib sheets,bumper pads, and letter pillows that spelled out his name to match. Considering it was my first try, i was pretty proud of myself. And it wasnt long before i realized i had a real talent for quilt making and was working on quilts for everyone.
Now this site is just starting so it still is very much under construction. I will be adding things probably daily until i get it to where im happy with things. Since my quilts are all custom made for each customer its hard to give a solid price for every size. Each quilt is handquilted which takes some time to finish, but the end results are very lovely and make it far more valuable.
