The Hmong’s Second Civic War in Laos fought with the Vietnamese Soldiers between 1935-1975.

Since earlier 1935, the Hmong in Laos has had a leader and his name is MR., Vang Pao. During that time, the communist of Vietnam came and fought with Laos and hmong. They wanted the Laos’ country be in the right place with them and they will be proscribed the entire World like Japanese’s World War II. But the CIA of United States came to be of assistance Hmong in Laos to fight with Soldiers of Vietnamese a period of time and all of the countries set a conference to discus about this evil Civic War. So, they made a resolution, the United State's Soldiers came back home. Hmong and Laos that still fought with Vietnam, but the Laotians never assist the Hmong Soldiers to fight with Vietnam. So the Vietnam had more powerful than Hmong and leader of Hmong, MR. Vang Pao talked with leader of United States for helping Hmong to fight with Vietnam’s Soldiers. The leader of United States said that you don’t worry about that. You just leave there because the Laotians did not facilitate you and that country was not your country. Please come to my country. I will support you and your people and how we see after you run off. 

Moreover, they signed a loyalty for 25 years during with the government of Vietnamese to restricted in Laos. They must go back home, but It seems like the year 2000 is enough for 25 years, but they did not going back home, yet. After Mr., Vang Pao left Laos to United States a few years. The Vietnam’s Soldiers came to control Laos and Laos belonged with them. A few years later, they killed the emperor of Laos. All of populations of Laotians and Hmong were so scared and they escaped from Laos to other countries that closed with Laos. The Thailand’s country is a border of Laos. So, Laotians and Hmong’ people escaped from Laos to Thailand and became refugees in Thailand
