Sad News
Laurie A. Goessl, 50, of 4806 County Highway D, town of Seneca, died Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at her home. Memorial donations may be made to: Alabama Collie
Rescue Laurie was a long time member of the Northern Wisconsin Collie Club (since it started) and she was active in rescue. Laurie was an artist and many in the collie world own some of her beautiful pieces. Laurie will be missed very much by her family and friends.
The Northern Wisconsin Collie Club was formed by a group of people who own collies in the Northern Wisconsin area. Our club has grown to over 25 members. We hold meetings at least 6 times a year and do many fun activities such as: fun matches, grooming demonstrations and mini seminars on movement, obedience and health issues. We have fun days along with raffles and potlucks. We are a diverse group, some showing in conformation, obedience, herding, agility, tracking, carting, and some that do search and rescue.
