| Shipping- | All shipping will be made by UPS Next Day Air or Federal Express Priority Overnight right to your door. Shipping will be $35 for the continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. |
| Guarantee- | Modern Geckos guarantee that all geckos eat well at the time of shipment. We also guarantee that the animal will be alive on arrival. All concerns must be brought to our attention 48 hours after the gecko arrives at your door. After the 48 hours, we can not be held responsible for any problems. You must be available at your prescheduled delivery time. If no one is home, all guarantees are null and void. A telephone number must be supplied just in case the delivery could not be made. It is not our responsibility if any harsh weather conditions unexpectedly arise. We will not ship if the temperature is below 45oF or above 90oF here, or the destination. If an animal is DOA, a picture of the deceased animal must be sent through E-mail to Josh Ellis within 48 hours after arrival. All refunds will be at the discretion of Modern Geckos. |
