I was born IN Chicago, Illinois in 1948...on July 30 to:

Beverley Violette Engebretsen (Click HERE for continuing genealogy on my moms side, the reason for this whole page!) (My grandfather must have changed the Spelling of Engebretson to end in -EN). Claus and Del George Claus.

This is Lulu, My bestest friend growing up! SHe was my 'sibbling' in a manner of speaking as we kind of raised each other! I at one time almost had a sister, Sandy, she however died at childbirth. From what I hear my Grandmother Fay was the only relative to see her. I then had a little brother named Gary Del Claus, however, his life was to be short lived also having contracted Pneumonia and died as a result of this. I did get to meet him and play with him for a while.



This is an interesting website indeed! I found my own Dad in here and I did not list him, the VA.Gov did..Mom was buried with him as a benfit for military wives. Thank you VA!!
