common courtesy:
really not all that common

'Common courtesy - really not all that common' reminds me of the phrase "common sense is not all that common."  So I am sitting in training for work and there is a constant chatter from the back of the room.  It almost reminds me of being in grade school where the class clowns won't shut up.  What is asked of you while you are sitting in a classroom setting?  Be quiet, attentive, and courteous.  Okay, attentive, I guess I can live if you aren't being attentive.  I mean, I cannot expect you to want to sit there because you think it is a waste of time.

DO NOT waste my time!  By you talking in the back of the room, you miss something that was asked already or that we spent ten minutes on.  Why waste my time when I am trying to learn something when you just sit there and don't do crap.

Today, the idiot asked a question, "when is the stock purchased as part of the employee stock option program?"  This question was asked by the same guy that asked the question before.  So either the idiot didn't listen to the answer when he asked the very same question or he is just that dumb that he couldn't remember.  If the former is the case, then shut your mouth!  If the latter is the case, then how do you ever expect to stay in a job if you can't remember crap.

Quit wasting my time.  Quit wasting others time.  You are offending me.  I am offended.  Shut up and be courteous.  When someone else is talking, you shut your mouth.  This is all I ask.
