In the Future - Camelot Village

In the future, we hope to build an open-air, living history museum based on a  late 5th century British hillfort and village.

Bringing History To Life For Wisconsin Students!

Wolcum! (welcome) to the virtual home of the Historic Camelot Project, Inc.  We are glad that you have found us and hope that you will take some time to look around our site!

The Historic Camelot Project is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing educational presentations and living history demonstrations on the literature, arts, culture, history and daily life of pre-medieval and medieval societies in Britain.

Our core of this mission is to present science, literature and the arts in their proper social and historical contexts, all within a framework of age-appropriate presentations and demonstrations.

We are available for in-classroom, auditorium, or outdoor presentations that can be tailored to the specific subjects that your students are studying.

Historic Camelot also has an internal Living History group that specializes in recreating life in differing time periods of Britain from the "Arthurian Era" (the time following the Roman period) through the late middle ages.

We are always looking for individuals interested in joining our Living History Group and those wishing more information should contact us through the Living History link on the left.

Our Website, like our Village, is a work in progress.  Please check back frequently as we are constantly updating our site and getting all of the pages online.
