Total financial responsibility for this total cost management services contract with SC Johnson and Son, Inc., that included business process reengineering, inventory management, supply chain management, tool crib management and information management. Responsible for materials management, inventory control, purchasing and receiving for all non-production supplies for this 2.2 million sq. ft. operation. Scope included inventory management of $2MM / 18,000 SKUs and purchasing of $4 million of maintenance, repair, operating supplies.:
Saved SC Johnson over $3MM during first three years of operation
Introduced new SupplyPro technology into the plant
Increased confidence of client enough to add over 2500 new items into stock.

Six direct reports with a staff of fifteen. (Company split up and sold.)
Increased sales for landfill compactor parts by 9% and aftermarket wheels by 50%.
Reduced back orders from 3 months to 15 days; increased fill rate from 89% to over 97%.
Developed and introduced six new products and released eight new sales pieces.
