Where to begin?
Well that about sums it up!
I've split the site into 3 parts. The work section is being rebuilt at the moment however all the existing downloads are still available.
I'll think of something interesting to do with
this page at some point.
Call flow management, Transitioning between a normal office operation and an ACD System. Rota planning and Brown papering contact centers.
Some photo's and trip reports from Malta, Cuba, Slovenia. Photo's from dive trips and other stuff.
Bits that don't quite fit elsewhere. Links , Excel stuff, puzzle and quiz sites.
