UPDATE 05/05/09
Don Alm has been banned from the Warrior forum yet again. This is the third time that I know of that he has gotten the boot! Why do you let him back? From a legal perspective, each and every time you allow him to re-enter, you are simply giving him your blessing!
While this may or may not have been punched out in a court of law, it certainly puts forth risk to any bbs/ forum owner that wishes to involve a known thief!

Keith, why didn't you ask Don Alm what happened to his www.midasreports.com site? You did ask him 2 questions though......
The first was why didn't he start his own forum. I think the answer is obvious.
The second Q you asked him was why didn't he share his wisdom over a the Warrior forum.....
The answer is : He did! He was registered under Don Alm before he was banned. He came back as Dave Almon(do a search and see) Only later to come back as Don Alm again.

Keith, may I suggest that you ask Don Alm why his midasreports.com site was shut down. (hint to other members... you can certainly ask as well) This is something you can do on your own or I'm certain that real Karma will take over and your board will be like most others Don has graced with his participation.
Keith, do you realize that you are operating a private arena for Don, through the use of your software, to distribute stolen images to other members of your forum? Do you know what that makes you???
Once again, I suggest you contact Mr. Don Alm and figure out what he is distributing via your forum software just to make certain your domain " www.localbizbuilders.com " doesn't end up like his own " www.midasreports.com " domain.

I will be posting a link in the near future to respond to Don Alms posts that he made on Sowpub. I would do it on the forum but Dien Rice filters all of my posts because he says I have violated the rules of the board. He feels that I have insulted Don. If that were true, wouldn't Dien be forced to deleted Dons recent posts as they are also insults?
None the less, check back and I will post my reply for those interested.

Take a look at the photo on #5, the Motel Maps! The photo below is a the same photo blown up so you can see it. The photo is of a sample from a company that Don does not own. In fact, this company has very similar programs that Don claims HE has proven!
If YOU had sold alot of Motel Maps in your days, wouldn't YOU put YOUR own photos, of YOUR own samples on YOUR site?

I don't really care what Don Alm does with his life. If he is comfortable sleeping at night with the way he conducts himself so be it. The problem is I also have to feel comfortable at night. I sence a rat and I aim to proove it. I could be completely wrong but I don't believe that Don gave the promised money to either the Red Cross or the Salvation Army as he claimed to do if his Toilet paper truck failed. It is now a fact that even though only hours after posting about the toilet paper truck he claimed to be "half way there," the self named "master salesman" failed at getting the truck idea off the ground.
I contacted Don via email, telephone message on answering machine, and on a few forum. He never responded. To me that says I should dig deeper. So I have. Here are a few things that I have found....

He can do business with them and you shouldn't. To me this means that he is selling a "product source" not a marketing program. If he were selling a marketing program that was worth anything, why would he be worried about revealing the source of his product.
