Just 2 weeks away!!! Arcadia, WI is just two weeks away and many pullers are rushing for the deadline. Do you have your puller ready?!?!?!?!

From the NTPA website

* After analyzing NTPA Region III and given the growing nature of it geographically, it has been decided to expand the NTPA Regional National Circuit to five (5) active regions. Part of Region III will now be Region V. This arrangement has been put in place to reduce the amount of travel and number of hooks in NTPA Region III and to encourage participation from competitors in the states of Iowa, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, and Missouri. Demand for NTPA events has been steadily growing in this area of the country as the sport saw changes in the late 90s. NTPA Region III has been filled to capacity and then some the past couple of years. Because several of these states are without local NTPA representation, it is a fact that the NTPA is once again desired by promoter and puller alike. NTPA Region III cannot support the type of demand being shown in these locales without expansion of the NTPA Regional Circuit. Response from the fair managers’ conventions have been positive for expansion, and WPI/NTPA is interested in growing back this region for competitors, promoters, sponsors, and fans. The NTPA Region V Pulling Circuit will be identified by designating events; Hence, a geographic line has not been drawn and further expansion will be looked at in 2003 after this season has completed. Hence, 2002 will be a test year for Region V and its future. The following events will receive NTPA Region V points only: Pierre, South Dakota Denison, Iowa Pierce, Nebraska The following events will receive both NTPA Region III and Region V points in 2002: Marengo, Iowa Monticello, Iowa Waverly, Iowa Sioux Falls, South Dakota Redwood Falls, Minnesota The "renewed" NTPA Region V circuit will be used to determine competitor interest and following in making Region V an active, pursued area in 2003. As current schedule suggests, Region V events will include only the Super Farm Tractor and Four Wheel Drive Truck divisions. Expansion with other divisions will be determined in the future.
