The exhibitor hereby assumes full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused to
themselves or caused by others to them, their agents or employees and for any damage to exhibits from
any cause and for loss thereof. It is further agreed that the exhibitor will indemnify and hold harmless the
Walworth Business Community Association, hereinafter referred to as WBCA, it agents and employees
from any claims or cause of action against them from acts of exhibitors, their agents and employees.
No Pornographic or Adult Oriented Materials.
All craft items must be of suitable quality for an Art & Craft Show. WBCA reserves the right to inspect all displays, and exhibitor agrees to remove immediately all items WBCA considers inappropriate.
All food items must be home-grown. No
Registration Fees are Non-Refundable. There is no rain shelter. Event goes on rain or shine. Setup
begins 7am.
