2/1/2002: AM 1570 Now WSCO "AM 1570 The Score"
Appleton polka station WRJQ was recently purchased by Woodward communications and January 22 was the last day for the polka format.
I noted it back on air today as "Appleton's All New Sports Radio - AM 1570 The Score" with the new calls WSCO. The satellite programming is provided by FOX Sports Radio. There is one
local show dubbing itself "The Worst Damn Sports Show Period" with host Jim Caston from WHBY and Joe Calgaro from WAPL. The voice person is the same one that sister station WAPL uses.
