3/25/2002: 99.7 Goes Rhythmic
WLTM now IDs as "Wild 99.7" with a CHR/Rhythmic format. They flipped from Hot AC to the new format on Monday. Northeast Wisconsin finally has a rhythm
station. Many think it will not work because of the low African-American population, but time will tell. Midwest is apparently using the station
to attack 95.9 KISS FM (WKSZ) which is taking numbers from WLTM sister WIXX. Will this strategy work? Again, only time will tell.
