If you wish to use any of my graphics,
go for it, but first,
a few conditions:

~ Please e-mail me with your site url,
so that I may visit your site.

~ Only non commercial sites may use the linkware
graphics free of charge.

~ What is a Commercial Site you ask?
If you are a web designer,
or if you are selling, or attempting to sell
something, then your site is considered a commercial site.

~ The graphics sets were designed as a set.
Please do not mix and match graphics and
display them on the same web page.

~ The graphics may not be cut up, altered, or modified
in any way. They must be used, "as is." This also means
you may not re-size the graphics. Please use the correct
width and height in your img src tags. If you are unhappy
with the size of the image, then don't use it.

~ Absolutely NO direct-linking, please.
You need to upload the graphics
to your own server.

~ The graphics may not be added to any collection,
and may not be re-distributed for
any reason.

~ The graphics are linkware, meaning if you use them,
you must provide a graphical link back to my site,
and on the same page as my graphics.

~ The use of my graphics indicates your acceptance of my
terms of use, whether you've read them or not.

~ Please do not use my graphics on sites that promote
violence, nudity, hatred, or illegal activity.

~ If you have a question regarding any of these terms,
please contact me.

Most of my sets and graphics have been made using images and artwork I have found on the net.
I have tried hard to give credit where credit is due. If you see something on here that is your's please
let me know as soon as possible so I may return the favor to you by linking your site with the appropriate images.

Artists
Any set made using designated Artists has been done so with their WRITTEN permission. A graphical logo has been included with each artists set so please be sure to include that when you use the set.
