CHAPTER 6

Faith turned over and stared at Nick. He had drool coming from one side of his mouth. Faith smiled. He snored all night and Faith finally couldn't take anymore. She got out of bed and walked over to the shower. She looked in the mirror. Her head ached still but she didn't look all that bad for having a mild concusion. She turned the shower on and jumped in.

Faith opened a cabinet and found that all the towels were in the wash. She found a wash cloth and covered herself with it. Nick would most likely still be asleep so she could just run to her bag, or so she thought. She wrapped it around her body as much as she could and ran to the bed.

"I didn't know you had a tattoo there" Nick commented from behind her. Faith froze and turned around. Nick stood behind her wearing a pair of red boxers.

"Yea" Faith replied.

"What is it?" Nick questioned, looking at her ass. Faith found a bikini and slowly slid it on, trying not to drop the towel on the ground.

"It's a butterfly" Faith replied. She had a purple and blue butterfly tattoo on the right side of her back, close to her butt.

"Cute" Nick replied. He scratched himself and went to go take a shower. Faith quickly dropped the towel and pulled on the top of her bikini. Faith walked over and stood outside the shower, fixing her hair in the mirror.

"So what are we doing today?" She asked.

"I was thinking of going to MGM and the Magic Kingdom or something like that" Nick replied. She could see Nick's reflection in the mirror. He turned the water off and stepped out. Faith tried not to look, but the temptation was too great. Faith watched as Nick dried himself off with a towel. He wrapped it around his waist and went to go grab some clothes.

"We should go to Universal too" Faith replied. Nick shrugged.

"Whatever you want" He replied. He grabbed a pair of dark khaki shorts that went below the knee and a dark green plaid button up shirt with a White T underneath.

"You should wear that open-Not with the T-shirt" Faith commented. Nick shook hsi head no.

"I've got a beer gut. Guys only wear it open when they have rock hard bodies and are all tan" Nick replied. Faith laughed.

"I guess" She replied. She wore a bikini with some shorts over it and a blue AF hat. Nick grabbed a green AE hat and they walked out the door.

"I'm so tired" Faith muttered. She put her head on his shoulder. Nick laughed and slid his arm around her waist to support her. They'd been at the parks all day.

"How about we sit down and eat some lunch" Nick replied. Faith nodded. They chose a place and sat down.

"So...Why don't you have a man?" Nick asked.

"I'm too picky-I have this idea of what I want and if someone's not it-Then I don't go out with them. Too bad only about 3 guys in the world probably match up to what I want" Faith explained. Nick smirked.

"If I would've asked you out would you say yes?" Nick asked. He took a big bite of his burger and awaited her reply.

"Yea" She replied. Nick smiled. "But after a couple dates I'd dump you"

"Thanks" Nick joked. Faith smiled at him.

"I forgot" He commented. He reached in his shorts and pulled out a tiny velvet box.

"What's that?" She questioned.

"Amanda kept asking me if I got you a ring and I told her I did-It was just too big so I got it adjusted. I figured ya know, might as well get you one" Nick explained. He opened the box. A gold ring with a light blue diamond with tiny white diamonds was inside. Faith squeled.

"Nick...You shouldn't have!" Faith exclaimed. Nick laughed.

"It wasn't that much" Nick replied. She put it on and just stared at it.

"It's so great-Thanks so much" Faith replied. Nick smiled at her.

"My Best Friend Brent and my buddies are coming over tonight-Is that alright?" Nick asked. Faith was still staring at her ring. She just nodded her head yes. Nick smirked.

"Are you sure? Because we can get pretty annoying" Nick warned.

"None of your friends can be as bad as you and having a house full of hot guys won't exactly be torture" Faith joked. They ate their lunch and started with the rides again.

"It's 6 o'clock-They'll be here soon" Faith yelled to Nick. He was outside grilling some burgers. She'd insisted she cook-but all of Nick's past girlfriend's couldn't make diddly squat so he said no. Now that Nick was burning the burgers, he wished he would've said yes. Faith walked outside towards the pool where Nick had the grill.

"Lemme run out and get some chicken. I can cook some pretty tasty grilled chicken" Faith explained. Nick agreed after tasting one of his burnt burgers. He took them and threw them on the ground for his 3 pugs to eat. Nick gave her the keys and she left with his prowler.

"CARTER!" Brent yelled. Nick turned around to see his buddies Brent, Tom, Mark , and Jeff.

"Hey guys" Nick replied.

"Where's your women? I can't believe your engaged" Tom exclaimed.

"Yea" Nick replied.

"You're the last we'd expect to get married. I mean-You're always the ladies man-She must be pretty hot to keep a guy like you" Jeff joked. Nick smiled.

"She went out to grab some chicken since I killed the burgers" Nick replied.

"Cool" Mark replied. The guys went over by Nick's basketball hoop to play while they waited for faith to get back with some food.

Faith pulled up and almost freaked out. 5 shirtless and sweaty guys were playing basketball. She opened the car door and jumped out.

"Hey Boys" Faith exclaimed. The guys stopped playing and faced her. Jeff smiled and walked over by her.

"Wow-Nick's a lucky man" Jeff commented. Faith smiled. He gave her a hug, which Faith didn't expect, and almost knocked her over. Faith gave him a weird smile and walked inside the house. She heard the door close behind her and when she turned around Jeff was standing next to her.

"Need any help?" He asked.

"No, That's OK" Faith replied.

"I'm Jeff Thomas" He exclaimed.

"Nice to meet ya, I kinda wanna cook here so if you could leave that would help alot" Faith explained. Jeff smirked.

"I get the hint" He replied. He laughed slightly and walked back outside. When he was gone, Faith smiled-Jeff had a great body and since she wasn't really dating Nick she might try and get herself some of that.
