"Faith?" Russell Crowe questioned. She rolled over in bed and looked at him. He smiled at her. She had to admit he had a great body and an even better body when he was naked.
"Yea?" Faith asked.
"We've been dating for awhile now, and I'm not getting any younger and.." Russell started. He moved out from under the sheets. "Will you Marry me?"
"Don't" Faith exclaimed. She kissed him quickly on the lips. "I'm not ready for that kind of commitment yet"
Russell sighed and gave her a smile of reassurance that he wasn't mad. She got out of bed.
"C'mon we have to get ready for the European MTV Music Awards" Faith exclaimed. Russell watched her go towards the shower. He thought for a second, then followed her in.
"Nicky?" His date questioned. Nick stopped zoning out and looked over at her.
"Yea?" Nick asked.
"Are you OK?" She questioned. Nick shrugged.
"Tired" He replied. She smiled and put her head on his shoulder. He looked up to see the other guys smiling at him. They were in a limo on thier way to the MTV music awards. He knew Faith was going to be there, and even though she seemed to be talking to him, he wasn't ready to see Russell and her together yet.
"So Lauren, How ya been?" AJ asked. Nick's date lifted her head off his shoulder.
"Fine-Why?" She questioned.
"Everyone's so quiet-Wanted to make a conversation" AJ replied. Leighanne looked out the window.
"There's Faith" Leighanne exclaimed. Nick looked out to see Faith in Russell's arms. Nick muttered something.
"What did you say?" Lauren questioned. Nick shrugged as the doors opened and the guys walked down the red carpet.
"How about we spend the weekend at my ranch. It's so beautiful. Just you and me" Russell whispered in her ear. Faith watched as the guys walked down the red carpet, totally tuning Russell out. "Hello? Faith?"
"Yea?" Faith asked, looking at him.
"Have you heard a bloody word I've said?" He asked. Faith bit her lip.
"I was looking at other people's dresses'" Faith replied. Russell looked over to the red carpet and sighed.
"I need a drink" He exclaimed, walking towards the bar. Faith smiled and took the chance to go talk to the guys.
"There's my bitch" AJ exclaimed. He walked over and hugged her.
"Hey AJ" Faith replied.
"Oh, I'm just AJ now...I see how it is" He replied. Faith gave him a weird look.
"You spend time with Mary Jane before you came here?" Faith asked. AJ smiled.
"You know I don't do that" AJ lied with a big grin. He saw Gwen Stefani walk by, so he left her.
"You look great!" Leighanne exclaimed. Faith twirled around. She was just wearing some tight jeans and a jean jacket, topped off with a cowboy hat.
"As you can see, I really dressed up" Faith joked. Leighanne smiled. She was wearing a tight white dress.
"How ya been?" Leighanne questioned.
"Good" Faith replied. Brian, Nick and Lauren walked over. Lauren knew they used to date, so she gave Faith a bitchy look. Faith laughed. "Hey boys"
"Men" Brian corrected.
"Boys that are almost Men" Faith replied with a smile as Brian hugged her.
"Hey Mate, Hands off" Russell exclaimed, walking over. Brian laughed.
"I loved Gladiator" He exclaimed.
"Thanks" Russell replied. He handed Faith a Strawberry Margarita.
"So-What's your next project?" Leighanne questioned.
"Some Scary Movie" Russell replied.
"Cool" Leighanne replied.
"Your an actress right?" Russell questioned.
"Yea how'd you know?" Leighanne asked.
"Faith told me" He replied with a grin. Leighanne smiled.
"Now, all the movies I've seen you in, your always a GREAT actor-How exactly do you do it?" Leighanne asked. Russell smiled at Faith and signaled the bar. Faith smiled back, knowing that meant he wanted another drink. Leighanne and Russell walked away.
"Are you guys pretty serious?" Brian asked.
"Afraid he's stealing you woman?" Faith joked.
"Nah, I know she wouldn't do that? I mean, once you have me, you never want me to go away" Brian joked back. Faith rolled her eyes and walked up behind Nick.
"BOO" Faith yelled. Nick turned around and smiled. "I didn't scare ya?"
"Sorry....lemme try again" Nick replied. He turned around and screamed. "God Faith, You sure scared me"
"Right" Faith replied, laughing at how stupid he was acting. "How are you?"
"Good, U?" Faith asked.
"Fine. Russ seems nice" Nick replied.
"He is. Your girlfriend on the other hand seems like a bitch" Faith joked. Lauren was on the other side of the red carpet, talking with AJ.
"I think someone's jealous" Nick exclaimed with a grin.
"No Nick, We're friends-I'm just warning you" Faith replied. Nick smirked.
"Don't worry about me" He replied. Faith heard 'Men at Work' play on the loud speakers. Nick started singing to it. Faith laughed. She felt strong arms wrap around her and smelled alcohol.
"hey" Russell whispered. Faith smiled.
"Russ-Meet Nick" Faith exclaimed. He extended his hand to Nick.
"Nice to meet ya Mate" Russell exclaimed. Nick shook it and smiled.
"Hey-I loved LA Confidential-We saw that together when we were dating right Faith?" Nick asked. Faith was smiling, but lost it when Nick said that.
"Maybe" She replied.
"This is a great song" Russell exclaimed. He was about to sing when Faith stopped him.
"Don't" She exclaimed.
"You don't like my singing? I'm in a band you know. I used to be a singer way back when" He replied.
"Yes, Yes-I know" Faith replied. Nick had just been standing still, not talking.
"Well, I'm gonna go see what Lauren's up to" Nick exclaimed.
"Nice meetin' ya" Russell exclaimed. Nick nodded and walked away. Russell grunted.
"He still wants ya" He commented. Faith laughed and led him inside.
