2 MONTHS LATER

“You just have a case of the wedding jitters” Melissa explained. Josie turned around.

“Maybe your right” Josie replied.

“Of course I’m right” Melissa replied. Josie looked in the mirror one more time. She smiled at her reflection-She made one hot looking bride. “What if I don’t love him anymore?”

“What? That’s just your conscience speaking. You love Chris, I love Chris, and everyone loves Chris. You guys are SO perfect for each other and you’ll have a great life ahead.” Melissa explained. Josie smiled. She spun around in her wedding dress.

“I just can’t believe I’m getting married today-Don’t you think it’s kind of sudden?” Josie questioned. Melissa sighed.

“Girl, You love him, He loves you that’s all that matters” Melissa encouraged her. Josie smiled weakly as there was a knock at the door.

“5 minutes” Kim, Josie’s ex-roommate and good friend exclaimed. Josie sighed. She leaned down and grabbed a glass of water. She turned and faced Melissa.

“I just hope I’m making the right decision” Josie muttered. She walked out of the room leaving Melissa confused.

The wedding march started to play as Chris’s neice started walking down the isle. Josie watched them go down one by one. Today was the first day of the rest of her life, well, actually the first day of their lives. She sighed and started to walk down the isle. Her step mom waved frantically to her as she snapped a picture. Katie and Jon sat near the back smiling at her. AJ and Amanda were in the back. Josie didn’t feel right, she wanted to see Nick there. She had thought of sending him an invitation millions of times but never could. She sighed again when she reached the altar.

The wedding dragged on for what seemed like hours and since it was 90 degrees inside the church it didn’t make things any better.

“And now the vows” The preist exclaimed. “Do you Chris Kink take Josie Martin to be your wife, To love and to hold, through sickness and health til’ death do you part?”

“I do” Chris replied. The priest started to ask her the same question but his voice was drowned out by her thoughts. She was going to be Mrs. Chris Kink. Josie Kink. It wasn’t the best name in the world and it sounded kind of like Kinky. She thought of what Nick had said about thinking of what her life could’ve been like if she were w/ him. She had told him that she’d never think of him, but even on her wedding day she was. Mrs. Josie Carter. That sounded great. Josie laughed softly and looked up at Chris, then the priest. That brought her back to reality.

“I do” Josie exclaimed. Chris smiled and so did the priest. The priest started to talk again. Josie sighed. By saying those 2 words she’d fucked up. She didn’t love Chris. Well, she did, but then she’d seen Nick again and suddenly she didn’t love Chris anymore.

“If anyone has a reason why these two should not be wed in holy matrimony speak now or forever hold your peace” The priest exclaimed. PLEASE SOMEONE SAY SOMETHING Josie screamed to herself. The church was quiet. Josie heard someone slam a car door outside.

“Then I now pronounce you….” The priest started. She heard footsteps running towards the church. Someone Doesn’t wanna miss my doom Josie thought to herself.

“Man and..” The priest said. The church doors burst open and Nick ran in.

“STOP!” Nick yelled.

“Who the fuck is this?” Chris asked.

“Josie, I love you, You can’t do this I won’t let you” Nick exclaimed. Everyone turned towards Nick.

“Josie, Who is this? Tell him to get the hell out of here” Chris demanded. Josie looked at Chris then Nick. Then her eyes went to Melissa. Melissa was smiling. Melissa was her best friend for a reason. She seemed to know everything. She had convinced Josie to go on tour with Nick. She had convinced her to go on the date with Nick. So now, Josie looked at her for advice. Melissa shrugged as if she knew what Josie wanted.

“Josie, I know this isn’t the time and you probably don’t want to talk to me, but I love you. I can’t let you go through with this. You don’t love this guy-You love me, I know you do” Nick exclaimed. A guy stood up on the groom’s side.

“Well, she obviously doesn’t love you since she’d marrying him not you” He yelled. Josie looked at Chris then at Nick.

“Josie?” Chris asked.

“I…I….um…..” Josie muttered. She looked down at Melissa again.

“Go for it Girl” Melissa exclaimed. Josie almost killed her-That didn’t help her. Melissa either meant go For Nick or Go for Chris and get married. Josie sighed.

“Josie?” Chris questioned.

“I’m sorry Chris” Josie exclaimed. She pulled the ring off her finger and gave him her bouqet. She ran towards Nick and jumped into his arms.

“I love you” Josie exclaimed. She kissed him while tears ran down her face. “I was so stupid I’m so sorry”

“Shh-Let’s get out of here” Nick exclaimed. He picked her up and carried her out of the church leaving the people in silence.
