After everyone had left Brian was wondering around the hospital. He grabbed an orange and attempted to eat it. He was outside Nick's bedroom when he gave up peeling his orange. He heard a slight sobbing coming from his room so he opened the door. Nick was laying on the hospital bed crying. Brian smiled, If he knew one thing about Nick it was that Nick never showed his feelings. Brian sat and watched Nick for awhile.

"Something wrong Frack?" Brain asked. Nick's head shot up from his pillow.

"I thought everyone left" Nick replied, wiping the tears from his eyes. Brian walked over and sat on the bed.

"I had nothing to do so I decided to stay here and wait until you were ready to go so we could go play some playstaion or something" Brian replied. Nick smirked.

"Thanks, but I'm not exactly in the mood Brian" Nick replied.

"When we told you about the coma and everything I was surprised. I mean, if someone told me that kind of news I would've freaked. Then Josie..well..ya know she told you that and you didn't even react" Brian explained.

"Yea well...For the last 3 hours I've been reacting" Nick replied, wiping his eyes again.

"You know Nick. This last year has been so tough on me, I know how you feel" Brian replied.

"Brian, You have absoutly NO idea how I'm feeling right now-The girl I planned to spend my life with doesnt want to spend hers with me" Nick muttered.

"I planned to spend my life with Leighanne. BUT, she filed for divorce, so I guess she didnt feel the same" Brian commented.

"I thought you both filed at the same time" Nick explained.

"Nope, she told me the whole kids idea was getting between us and it was too much for her. I believed that at first and I'd rather her be happy so I signed the divorce papers. Then, I found out it was another guy" Brian replied. Nick looked up at him. "I missed not having a friend to talk to. I told Kevin about it but you know Kev, He told me to just work it out-but I couldnt do that-I'm not like him. You know what Leighanne told me? She told me that I was always yelling at her and I wasn't a good husband"

"You know what Frick? I would've looked her in the eyes and called her a bitch" Nick joked. Brian smiled.

"I would've loved to see the look on her face when I said that!" Brian laughed. He stood up and messed up Nick's hair. "Thank god you're OK. Now I'll have someone to hang out with again"

"I know Bri, I'm your only friend" Nick joked. Brian narrowed his eyes. He grabbed some of Nick's stuff and threw it in a bag.

"C'mon, Lets go back to my hotel room-I bought ya a Playstation 2" Brian explained.

"They have playstation 2? Thats so sweet" Nick replied as he jumped off the bed. Brian laughed and followed Nick out of his hospital room.

"I can't beleive you kept some of my old stuff!" Josie exclaimed to her old roommate Kim. She smiled and pulled a box out from under her bed.

"Are you kidding? Some of these pictures of Nick could be worth a lot of money someday" Kim replied. Josie opened the box and pulled out a big photo album. She opened it up and read the inscription.

"To Josie, Happy Birthday and lets hope we'll make more memories together than you can fit in this book-Love Nick" Josie read aloud.

"You can take this box if you want" Kim replied. Josie looked up at her.

"Thanks Kim" She replied. Josie picked up the box and left her apartment.

"Beat you again!" Nick yelled. Brian threw the controller.

"Now, I've been practicing this game for awhile and you play it for the first time and you beat me-what's up with that?" Brian argued.

"I guess it's just time for you to face the facts-I'm better then you" Nick replied. Brian shook his head. If you could keep Nick busy all his troubles could drift away.

"I wish I was always on the go like you Nick" Brian exclaimed.

"I keep myself busy" Nick replied. He looked up at the clock. "I'm starving"

"If I rememeber correctly-Ur always starving" Brian joked. Someone knocked at the door so Brian went to open it while Nick turned on the TV. He opened the door to see Josie.

"I don't have a hotel room-Can I sleep here?" Josie asked. Brian thought for a moment.

"Sure" He replied with a grin. Josie picked up a box that was in the hall and walked into the hotel room. Nick looked up and lost the grin on his face.

"Hey Nick-Feeling better?" Josie asked.

"Yes, No thanks to you" Nick muttered.

"Whatever-I don't want to put up with you" Josie explained, walking over to a bedroom that was connected to the main part of the suite. Nick stood up.

"Stop Josie. Why does everything have to always be about you? You might not want to put up with me and you might not want to talk to me, but you're gonna. You're gonna listen to me bitch and complain and you're gonna like it because YOU'RE what I'm complaning about" Nick yelled. He always fucked it up when he was yelling. Nick sighed. He watched Josie's expression. She didn't smile or frown.

"Go fuck yourself" Josie muttered. Brian walked over to Nick and sighed. Josie walked into the bedroom and slammed the door.

"I just got outta a fucking coma and she just broke this news that she doesnt love me anymore-she could at least be nice to me" Nick complained.

"Thats women for you Nick" Brian joked. "Lets go get something to eat"

Josie heard the guys leave. She laid on her bed. You're so stupid Josie! Why did you yell at him? Josie thought to herself. She leaned down and grabbed the photo album out of her box. She opened it up. Nick's cute face smiled up at her. She slid her hand over his face. She turned the page to see 5 pictures of her and Nick at the beach. Josie closed her eyes. Why can't life just go back to how it was? Josie asked herself. Suddenly her purse started to move as her cell phone went off. She just let it ring until it stopped, then she picked it up. She pushed a couple buttons and played her voice mail.

"Hey Baby, I miss you-Call me" Chris's voice rang out.

"You're the reason why life can't be the same" Josie said aloud to the phone. She dialed Chris's number and closed her photo album.
