Josie pulled on a pink polo sport tank top, then unwrapped her hair from the towel she had on her head. Nick stood behind her, pulling some boxers on. They hadn’t done anything in the shower, Josie had thought she was ready, but she wasn’t. They just washed themselves up mostly. She walked into the bedroom to grab a pair of shorts.
“Yea-So Nick, What are the plans for tonight?” Josie questioned. Nick looked up at her.
“Well, the show’s at 7, It’s 5 now so I guess we’ll go get something to eat” Nick replied.
“Then we stay here a week?” Josie questioned.
“Actually no, We leave tomorrow morning, To Tampa, I just thought you’d like to come home with me” Nick exclaimed. Josie smiled.
“Finally I get to see the million dollar home” Josie replied. “Who else lives with you?”
“Well, My dad’s going to be there because he’s looking for a house” Nick replied.
“Your families moving back to Florida?” Josie asked.
“Just my dad” Nick mumbled. Josie was about to ask him if they were getting divorced, when Nick left the room.
“THANK YOU DENVER, YOU WERE GREAT” Howie screamed, walking off stage. Josie was walking towards the entrance to the dressing rooms under the stage when a man called her name.
“Yes?” Josie questioned. The man was maybe 21 at most.
“I’d like to give this to a very beautiful lady” The man exclaimed. He handed Josie a white rose, then disappeared into the crowd. Josie made a face. ‘That was weird’ Josie thought. She made her way under the stage, seeing Nick talking to some fans, she avoided them and walked over to a couch, falling on it, she noticed a note attached to it.
“To the most beautiful woman in the world” Josie read out loud. Nick walked over by her.
“What’s that?” Nick asked.
“I dunno, some guy gave it to me” Josie replied. Nick fell down next to her.
“I’m beat” Nick exclaimed. He leaned over to kiss her.
“Gross, you’re all sweaty and disgusting” Josie cried. AJ walked over by her.
“That didn’t seem to stop you 2 in the shower today” AJ commented. Josie shot Nick a glance.
“You told AJ?” Josie screamed.
“Josie, You’re overreacting” Nick replied.
“I am?” Josie screamed. They were riding in the elevator up to their room. All the guys stood quietly, not saying a word.
“I don’t see why you think this is such a big deal” Nick commented. The door popped open and Josie stepped out.
“You wouldn’t Nick, because when you were 16 you lost it to someone, I haven’t and I won’t while I’m with you, THAT’S FOR SURE” Josie screamed. She opened the door and switched on the lights. A dozen long stemmed white roses with 1 hundred dollar bill stuck to each one.
“What the fuck” Josie muttered. She opened the card.
“What does it say?” Leighanne questioned.
“To the most beautiful woman in the world, Love Matt” Josie read.
“Looks like you have an admirer” Amanda exclaimed, smelling the roses.
“A rich admirer” Kevin commented.
“Was he cute?” Leighanne questioned. Josie smiled at Nick.
“Totally” Josie replied. The phone rang and made her jump.
“Josie Martin?” The bellboy questioned.
“Um, yes?” Josie asked.
“There’s a lady here, named Katie James, she says she’s your friend, should I send her up?” The bellboy asked.
“No, I’ll be down” Josie replied. She smiled at the group, all of them expecting to here about Josie’s mysterious admirer.
“Katie’s in the lobby, I think she wants to party or something, I’ll be home later” Josie said, walking from the room.
“Night” Josie exclaimed. Jon balanced her on his shoulder as she tried to stick her room key in the door.
“Here, let me help” Jon suggested. He took the key from her and stuck it in the lock. The door opened and Josie stumbled in.
“I had fun” Josie exclaimed. Jon smiled.
“It was like old times” Jon commented. Josie smirked.
“Not exactly” Josie replied. She closed the door on him and stumbled in the dark. Josie fell to the bed and sighed.
“Josie?” Nick asked. He turned on a light. Josie squinted.
“What are you still doing up?” Josie questioned, slowly saying her words so she didn’t slur.
“I waited for you, I wanted to apologize” Nick exclaimed. Josie laughed.
“It’s OK” Josie replied. Nick squinted.
“You’re drunk” Nick exclaimed.
“Not too much” Josie lied. Nick sighed.
“C’mon, we have a flight at 10 tomorrow, You need sleep” Nick exclaimed. Josie bit her lip, bringing herself forward. She straddled Nick, starting to give him slow wet kisses. Nick pulled away.
“Josie, what are you doing?” Nick asked.
“What does it look like I’m doing” Josie asked, going to kiss him again. Nick pulled away.
“You were so pissed at me awhile ago-Now you want to have sex?” Nick argued. Josie giggled.
“Yea” Josie replied. She pressed him to the bed. Nick pushed her off him.
“Josie, I like you too much to do this with you” Nick exclaimed. Josie put her arms around his neck, pulling him back to the bed.
“We either do it now, Or I’m going down the hall and finding someone else to sleep with” Josie snapped.
