CHAPTER TEN

On the way home from the party the limo was silent. Leighanne usually talked about this and that, but amazingly she hadn’t said a word since the party. Josie hadn’t been very talkative either and after Nick put two and two together; he figured out that Leighanne and Josie were pissed at eachother,

“So, That was a cool Party wasn’t it?” AJ asked. Kristin, Kevin, AJ and Howie had stayed later for the party like they usually did.

“Yeah, it was great” Josie exclaimed with a hint of sarcasm in it.

“You might as well admit it stunk instead of being a bitch about it” Leighanne scolded.

“Me be a bitch? You’re the one that went all weird on me” Josie complained.

“All weird? Please, if you wouldn’t be such a-” Leighanne stopped.

“Say it Leighanne, such a whore-What is your problem tonight, PMS?” Josie yelled.

“No I don’t have PMS miss I think I rule the world,” Leighanne yelled. Josie stared at her for a moment.

“Leighanne Wallace, you’re wasted!” Josie laughed. Leighanne laughed,

“I only had a couple drinks didn’t I Brian? He had the same amount that I did and he’s fine” Leigahnne exclaimed. Josie looked over to see Brian sleeping on the Limo seat.

“As I said, you’re drunk” Josie replied. Leighanne made a face. She put her head down by Brian’s and was out in a second.

“SO-now that we have concluded that Leigh’s wasted, Where are we to next?” Amanda asked.

“Bed” Josie, exclaimed.

“How about some more clubs?” AJ asked. Amanda and AJ had the driver drop them at a club. Leighanne and Brian woke up 2 minutes after AJ and Amanda had got out. Leighanne wanted coffee so Brian and Leighanne stopped at starbucks.

“Wow-Don’t talk too much” Josie exclaimed. Nick looked over at her.

“I won’t” Nick replied yawning. Josie put her head on his shoulder.

“I’m sorry about the whole Jacob thing, I saw you talking to some models, so I guess I was jealous” Josie exclaimed.

“It’s cool, Models? OH, You mean my little sister BJ and her friends? Yeah, they were there” Nick exclaimed.

“OH, I feel like an idiot now” Josie replied. Nick leaned down and pressed his warm lips down onto hers. Josie felt Nick’s hand under her head, pulling her towards him. Josie parted her mouth a little bit, letting Nick’s tongue find it’s way in. Nick’s hand went down to her leg. The car stopped and they stopped kissing. Josie smirked and got out.

“Hello, Mr. Carter, Ms. Martin; How are you tonight?” The bellboy asked. Nick shrugged and Josie nodded. When they got to the elevator, Nick pressed her against the elevator wall and started to kiss her again. They heard a ding as it stopped at the 3rd floor. 2 young girls walked in.

“Oh my gosh, Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys?” The girl asked.

“You know, I get that a lot, People say I look like Nick” Nick lied.

“You do, a lot!” The girl’s friend exclaimed. When they got to their floor, they stuck the key in and Nick rushed her to the bedroom. He pressed her against the bed, starting to pull her pants off.

“Nick” Josie exclaimed. Nick kept kissing her.

“NICK-STOP” Josie yelled. Nick stopped, giving her a weird look.

“I’m a virgin and loosing it in a nice room like this would be nice, but not with you, at this very moment” Josie explained.

“Nick, this movie is boring” Josie exclaimed, yawning. It was 1am and they were up watching some corny action movie.

“This is a good movie” Nick commented. Josie shrugged.

“I have to pack anyway, so I’ll see you in the morning;” Josie exclaimed, walking towards the bedroom.

“Hey Josie, wait, Come back here for a second” Nick exclaimed. Josie walked back over to him and sat next to him on the couch.

“What?” Josie asked.

“Listen, I have this idea and you don’t have to say anything yet just listen OK?” Nick explained.

“OK” Josie replied. Nick took a breath.

“OK, we have a 12 more shows left. The next one is in Minnesota and I was thinking, you can go back to Wisconsin, pack your stuff and get everything ready and after the Minnesota show we pick you up and go to the Detroit, Michigan show. Then you can stay on with us for the rest of the tour” Nick suggested. Josie stared at him.

“You want ME to go on tour with you guys?” Josie asked. Nick looked at her.

“No, the person behind you” Nick joked.

“Damn, I knew it” Josie joked.

“So, will you at least think about it?” Nick questioned.

“Well, it sounds great and I would love to, but what about my dad?” Josie questioned.

“He’s a grown man, he can take care of himself, anyway, we can get a cleaning lady to come in and clean” Nick commented.

“And cooking his food?” Josie questioned.

“I dunno about that yet, Maybe get an in-home maid or something” Nick suggested.

“Nick, I’m not made of money, How exactly is my dad, or me going to pay for this?” Josie asked.

“You won’t, I will” Nick exclaimed.

“Nick, Listen, I don’t want to take all your money, You don’t have to do anything for me” Josie replied.

“Who said I was doing this for you?” Nick questioned, making a devilish grin. “You’ll be with me, so everything you would be doing I’ll pay for”

“It sounds to good to be true-All I have to do is be with you and you’ll pay for everything?” Josie questioned.

“Yeah” Nick replied. Josie eyed him.

“You better not expect me to give you any while we’re on tour, ‘cause I won’t” Josie joked.

“So, you’ll go?” Nick asked. Josie sighed.

“ I’ll think about it” Josie exclaimed, getting up to go to bed. She was almost to the room, when she turned around and walked back to Nick. “Why me?” Josie questioned. “Say Again” Nick exclaimed, turning off the TV. “I said, Why me? Out of all the women you must meet, out of all the people you must rent movies from, why did you ask me out?” Josie questioned, walking towards him. “Well, Honestly, I saw you talking with some people and you seemed fun-loving and you aren’t exactly ugly” Nick explained. Josie smiled, then walked over to the built-in-bar in their room and poured herself a glass of Vodka. “You drink that whole damn glass of straight liquor?” Nick questioned. Josie drank it in a gulp and set it on the table. “I think I will go on tour with you guys” Josie exclaimed. Nick got up and walked over to her. He went to kiss her but Josie stopped him by placing a finger on his lips. “What?” Nick asked. “On one condition, that when you play in California, You and I go to the mountains” Josie commented. “Sounds good to me!” Nick replied, going to kiss her again. Josie put her finger to his lips again. “What now?” Nick growled. “We visit your parents” Josie replied. She brought her lips onto his and seductively placed her tongue in his mouth. She pulled away and walked to the room. “Night” Josie yelled, as she walked into the room and out of sight of Nick.
