- Snowglobes aren't really hard to make if you have the right program. I used Paint Shop Pro and Photo Impact. Either of these two programs will design you a globe/twinkler to be proud of. Snowglobes are have become very popular on the internet and really can "spruce" up your page! Why not give it a try yourself?!?!
