We believe and confess that man is a fallen creature and needs salvation. Genesis 3; Eph. 2:1

We believe and confess that heaven and hell are real places. Matt. 13:50; Rev. 22

We believe and confess that all who believe in Christ shall be saved and that believing is a present, continuous act of the will. II Cor.15:1-3

We believe and confess that God is a Triune God expressed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. II Cor.13:14; Genesis 1:26

We believe and confess that Satan is a real person, a fallen angelic being, who through rebellion lost his position in heaven. I Peter 5:8

We believe and confess in a physical return of Jesus Christ to the earth. John 14:1-3

We believe and confess that the kingdom of God, or Christ, is a spiritual kingdom and stands in contrast to the kingdoms of this world.

We believe and confess that discipleship is a clear characteristic of all true Christians. Luke 14:33

We believe and confess that the Great Commission given by Christ to His Disciples (Matt.19,20) was a commission to all Christians to go and tell the good news of salvation to a lost and dying world. Mark 16:15

We believe and confess that God's people should regulate their appearance by clear scriptural principals. Matt.6:17; Mark 10:6; Mark 16:5; II Cor 1:12; Luke 16:19; Rom. 12:2; I Cor. 11:14

We believe and confess that the height of Christian experience is attended, maintained and expressed in a life of devotion to God which is a continual pressing of the heart in love and fellowship with God. John 4:23: Rom. 8:4

We believe and confess the importance of the godly home in the promotion of moral purity and faith. Titus 1:6; I Cor. 11:3; Eph. 5:22; Eph. 6:1

We believe and confess that the church is the Body of Christ, both local and worldwide. I Cor. 12:27; Eph. 1:22,23 We stand in opposition to the liberal theology that heads to worldliness and the traditional theology that heads to formalism and deadness. Tim. 3:1-5

We believe and confess that the ordinances were instituted by divine authority for the purpose of expressing heavenly thoughts and meanings, given to draw our attention toward spiritual pictures of divine truth. Rom. 6; I Cor. 11:23-26; John 13:14-16; I Cor. 11:2-16; Rom. 16:16; James 5:14,15

We believe and confess marriage is an institution ordained of God. Genesis 1:14 & 2:24 We further believe that God forbids divorce or marriage with divorced persons having a former companion still living. Matt. 19:8,9; Mark 10:11; Rom.7:2,3; ICor. 7:39

We believe and confess that the church is a brotherhood, submitting one to another in the fear of God. Heb. 3:13; John 13; Matt. 18:15-20; Gal. 6:10; Matt. 25:35; James 4:11; Rom. 12:10; John 13:34,35

We believe and confess the NINE gifts of the Holy Spirit found in I Cor.12 to apply to Christians of todays church through the New Testament dispensation.

We believe that divination and witchcraft shall be renounced in the name of Jesus to maintain church purity. Brethren are to be free from all types of Witchcraft, Sorcery, Divining and other Occult and New Age Practices. Eph. 5:25; Gal. 5:19-21

We, as part of the Body of Believers take a stance of Nonresistance: That the letter and the spirit of the Gospel are emphatically against strif, contention, and carnal warfare; and that therefore no believer should have part in carnal strife, whether among individuals, in suits at law, or in conflict among nations. The nonresistance doctrine was taught and exemplified by Christ and the apostles and adhered to by true Christians until the present time. Matthew 5:38-45; 26:52: John 18:36: 1 Corinthians 6:1-8; Romans 12:17-21; 2 Corinthians 10:4. We understand the Scriptures teach nonparticipation in military service in any form. Since all service under the military arm of the government, whether combatant or noncombatant, serves the purpose of carnal warfare. 2 Corinthians 10:4; Matthew 5:21; Romans 12:19; 1 John 3:14-16. We should at all times pray for our rulers (1 Tim.2:1-3), and maintain an attitude of submission to the government under which we live, whether the demands made by the said government seem reasonable or unreasonable (Romans 13:1-5; Titus 3:1). However, when the requirements of earthly authorities conflict with the requirements of Scriptures, we should unhesitatingly obey God (Acts 5:29). We should then disobey civil authority.
