AUGUST CAMPOUT

Dates: August 15, 16, 17, 2003
Where: The Playful Goose
Hosts: Brian & Cyndi Nowak

Friday: On your own

Saturday Breakfast:
8:30 a.m. Bring your favorite cereal & fruit to share. Bring your own bowl and milk.

2:30 p.m. Rum Punch
Bring a snack to share. Hosts will purchase rum & juice to make 5 gallons (1 batch). Cost will be divided between families ($5-$8)

Saturday Supper:
Please bring enough for 11 families. Bring your own sub bread. Hosts will provide condiments & 1 lb. of cheese. Please bring the following:

Dunnings – tomatoes & dessert
Engwalls – onion and dessert
Heinzen – lettuce & dessert
Hofmann 1 lb. turkey & chips
Lambrechts – 1 lb. ham & chips
Libbys – 1 lb. salami & chips
Nowak (Sr.) – 1 lb. ham & pickles
Samanskes – 1 lb. sliced cheddar cheese
Wagners – 1 lb. sliced Provolone & bread & butter pickles
Yager – 1 lb. sliced American cheese & dessert


Sunday - 9:00 a.m.
Continental breakfast - bring your favorite breakfast treats to pass.

LABOR DAY CAMPOUT

Dates: Aug. 29 - Sept. 1, 2003
Where: Hidden Valley RV Resort

Hosts: Monte & Suzie Wall

Cost: W,E $100.80, W,E,S $116.55 With Good Sam Discount W,E $90.72, W,E,S $112.05. Indicate that you are a Good Sam member on your check. ALL RESERVATIONS PAID IN FULL BY JULY CAMPOUT DUE TO RAY.

Friday: On your own

Saturday Brunch: 10:30 a.m. Everyone bring a dish to share.

Saturday Raffle:
3 p.m. Everyone bring a new or like new item(s) to put in raffle. Meeting will follow.

Saturday Dinner:
Theme – “Tailgating” 6 p.m. corn roast. Start cooking at 5 p.m. bring a ˝ stick of butter. Bring hamburger, hot dogs or brats & any other food. Hosts will provide buns, condiments & dessert. Get in the spirit. OSU’s first home game is this weekend and Monte is missing it!!!

Sunday:
Golf in the a.m. Time to be announced. Please let Monte know if you are golfing.

Sunday Supper:
6 p.m. – Spaghetti Dump. Bring your own sauce to dump. Cook your own pasta.

M-Z Bread

Monday: 9:30 a.m. Continental

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE TO BE HANDLED BY THE HOSTS OF THE CAMPOUT. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION,
DO NOT CALL THE CAMPGROUND.
CALL THE HOSTS AND THEY WILL ARRANGE YOUR CANCELLATION TO BE SURE OUR GROUP IS KEPT TOGETHER.
