This generic gameboard themed around the naming of the animals by Adam is fun to use for Bible review. To Make: To Play:
The darling animals were cut from a piece of fabric. This material caught my eye as I walked by it in the fabric department. It just screamed at me that it should be made into a game and I agreed.
The animals were glued to the filefolder using glue stick, just enough to hold them in place until the Contact paper held them securely. I added the white 3/4 inch circle stickers as I believe they make a neat path and are so quick and easy to use.
In the lower right corner, I added the verse: "And out of the ground the Lord formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them." Genesis 2:19
As any generic gameboard, ANY skill cards could be used to play with this. I like to use it for reviewing Bible verses, or review questions for the unit we did on Creation. Depending on our mood, we move using a spinner or dice.
