We offer a variety of hunts to meet all your needs. We have fields ranging from mild cover to heavy cover. Come for a few birds, 1/2 day or all day hunts. all hunts are scheduled, so there is never a worry about running into other hunters. For hunting requirements please see general info page.

DOG TRAINING

Dogs are creatures of habit. They seek out structure in their lives. Training not only provides structure, it provides dogs with stimulating behaviors. When a dog has a sense of structure and a job to do, he is most content.

In order to train your dog successfully, you must first learn to teach him on a canine level. He cannot learn on a human level. Your dog is first a canine ( a group that includes wolves, coyotes, and dingoes), second a domestic dog, third a breed or mix of breeds, and fourth-your lovable pet. By understanding these important distinctions, owners can improve there success in training their dog. What makes a dog capable of following direction from a human being is the instinct to follow a pack leader.

The B & L training program has proven to be both reliable and consistently successful for all breeds of hunting dogs from puppy to finished hunter, we can tailor our program to fit your dog's needs and desires.

MATURE BIRDS AND CHICKS

Here at B & L Game Farm we raise Manchurian/RN Cross pheasants. This strain is very flighty and love to roost in trees. We are NPIP approved.
