Since this is my first writting on worship I guess I will tell you a little about myself. My name is Travis Gandy, I am from Wisconsin (No I am not a cheese head) and I am 16 years old. First thing is that I love GOD and I love to worship Him. To me the greatest thing is to expirience the presence of God and to feel His warmth and embrace.

I love to sing. I have done it all my life and God has been gracious enough to give me a voice to go with the singing. I have known God's calling on my life since I was a very little boy. I will not get into all the details but I have always had a close relationship with JESUS and have always known Him as my best and closest friend. I have been writting songs since I was about 3 years old. Well ok, I didn't exaclty write them down when I was 3 but I remember recieving songs from the Lord as if he sang them to me first for me.

I stopped writting when I was about 10 and did not begin to seriously write songs until this past year. GOD has moved in my life in an increadible way. In January I was on a ski retreat with my youth group. We went to North Central Bible College (now North Central University)where we wen't to listen to a speaker and have a little church service. During the altar call I got down on my knees and started crying out to God, "Why is it that I don't feel You?" I wanted God to move in my life so much and use me in whatever way but most of all show me how to move in my calling. At that time God spoke to me, He told me That If I was willing to sit in His presence as He ministered to me and began to listen to his voice He would use me. That if I would just sit at his feet HE He would give me songs of Hope and Love that touch His throne and bring people into the presence of God.

I do not believe in self exaltation or do I have any desire for pride in my life. My one desire is to see the face of God and in that moment for Him to pour out His spirit on the earth and in my own heart.
