Hi my name is Mario.Ive always believed that
if you can live a complete life,do it.So I do
that
whenever I get
the chance.:).Ive been an
idealist ever since I experienced new insight
at about the
age of 15.My main interest and thrust is in
things of a
meta-physical ,religious and spiritual
nature.My backround is wide ranging and very
diverse.During my early teen years I studied
the Internal styles of Wu Shu.More commonly
known as Kung Fu.What many people might not
be aware of is original Kung-Fu was developed
by Buddha himself to strengthen the monks
during his long lectures.I was so much into
it that my teacher gave me permission to open
up and teach others when I was around the
ages of 18 and 19.The internal styles
are heavily Taoist.So if anyone wants to know
the connection between spirituality and
Kung-Fu,here it is.Buddhism and Taoism are
known to be pacifistic arts and have heavy
Spiritual principles for those who were
exposed and understood it.My
teacher was the late
Grand Director Chian Ho Yin.Even though he
was in his eighties at the time of me
learning from him,he could jump around like
if he was in his twenties.My training led me
to new and different Spiritual insghts.I
went on to study the Esoteric principles
regarding these sytems.Northern Shaolin was
the external System that I studied.The
Internal Systems ere Tai Chi Chuan.Which
translates roughly as the Grand Ultimate.The
108 moving meditation movements represent the
9 planets and the 12 months.The next
Internal System is called Pa-Kua.Eight
triagrams representing the eight
directions.The next Internal System is called
Hsing-I.Rarely taught or
understood.Representing the 5 Elements.Along
with studies in Chi-Kung.I personally
done research in the
manipulation,transformation,and or
elimination of unwanted
negative energy masses in and around a beings
space,along
with helping others achieve the clarity about
thier own
spirituality By the
time I was 21 I completed my research,by the
time I was 25
I was able to have it distributed in many
parts of the
world.On a supernatural level,my insight was
coincidently or synchronized exactly when a
client who eventually became a friend got
into heavy mis alighnment regarding things
that he and others he was associated with got
into.Since what he was into was recent,there
was no readily available way to remedy the
situation.So my research,on the superficial
levels might resemble many other methods,but
the most inner core was directly conceived
through what I generally refer to as direct
realization through the help of God or
directly from God since the information is
completely original.There was once a great
sage that stated,
There isn't anything new under the sun
and believed that everything that could ever
be discoverded was.Were lucky people didn't
believe him cause he said this during the
early
ages. One of the obviouus Patterns Seems to
indicate that it has a direct connection to
Angelic phenomena.Something to be experienced
rather than debated.Personally I study just
about
anything that is
significant to
my
interest.In fact I would study just about
anything that is
reasonable to my interest.Ignoring none of
it.Doesnt mean
that I will accept all the information as
true,but I wont
ignore the information.I found that true
freedom lies only
with spiritual freedom.I also believe that
our lifetime
here on earth is very brief when you compare
it to
eternity.Knowing that gives me the proof
needed to clarify
my belief that our
main thrust for being here is to achieve a
spiritual
clarity.One of my favorite realizations in my
life has
been
to find that beliefs take rank over
reality.in fact it
produces our experience of reality.To the
fortunate few
who
understand this concept,are in a knowing
observable
control
over the experiences that the person willl
get out of a situation that occured in their
life.Im a
Christian
Gnostic.Originally an Egyptian Gnostic
concept.Disseminated to the Hebrews through
Moses,
adopted by
Christians.Which coincidently in its deeper
level is
extremly similar to
Buddhism.Christian Gnostic thought teaches
that Jesus was
not only a figure of redemption,he was also
here to
provide special insight into the reality of
good without
the need of its opposite.I am a member and
help support
two Christian
Gnostic
fraternities.The Rosicrucians,and the
Martinist.The
Rosicrucians which translate as The Rose
Cross.The
Martinist is an offshoot of it.Ive been a
member of the
Rosicrucians off and on since,well,
membership card says
1981.I believe that the manifestation and
persistance of unconditional love is possible
and very
achievable for those who truly desire it,and
or the need
to experience it.Im always looking to accept
trainees as I
believe this knowledge and the application of
it is
needed.In some cases,desperately. A few of my
favorite

Gospel of Enoch,The Psuedapigrypha,The
Apocrypha,The Dead
Sea Scrolls,Madame Blavatsky's Isis

Urantia book.Alot of people ask me on a daily
basis what the words "Quantum Noetics"
mean.In fact
that has to be
the most frequently asked question that I
receive.Quantum is a latin based word.In
Spanish it means "how much"It pertains to the
unknown essence of Quantum-Mechanics,in some
areas known better as Quantum-physics.The
main objective quality of Quantum-Physics
over other types of physics,is that it has as
one of its main based principles that these
unknown particles called Quanta by some,has
as its inherent function "waves of
probability,rather than just sub atomic
potentials,and is in some cases, not
different to many Spiritual principles being
expressed by many religions."Noetics"is
originally a greek word and it means knowing
in all ways
possible.Another translation said
"Coherence."Its my
personal belief that we are all Noetic to
what ever
degree.What I find to be the challenge is to
recognize
that in each other and help each other bring
it out.Theres
another Idealist thought:).The reason for
Noetics to be plural rather than singular is
my intention to indicate that its regarding
Noetic Methods rather than many people.Some

INTRODUCTION: Primary Knowledge. My purpose is to free people.It is through understanding that individuals can experience important aspects of freedom.Through proper knowledge this is possible.Without proper knowledge this would be impossible.This book attempts to clarify important aspects of truth.Much of it will appear to be ambiguous at times,but be rest assured that many years of important research is behind all the significant points that you will find within these pages.The duplication of the data will be harder for some than others.My advice is to keep it simple.Clarify sentences before you go to the next.This is he best way to eliminate confusions that will occure if you dont clarify sentences and or statements.Our first observation has to do with who you are.I like to use objective examples because it tends to comunicate on all levels regardless of a persons backround.We can easily observe that the main difference between a body that is alive and a body that is dead is Consciousness.This Consciousness can be readily observed as being non physical in quality.For the sake of simplicity we can assume that this is the objective proof of Spirit.Then we can easily conclude the significance of Spirit, by observing that with the elimination of all consciousness it can be said that the animation of the body and its use is completely eliminated.Thought is a function of Consciousness.Through this observation we can conclude that thought is a function of Spirit.Your basic self is this consciousness inhabiting the body that you occupy.The body is an exceptionally important function of communication within the physical universe and should be respected as such.We can further observe that emotions are heavier in formation than thought.It has a heavier expression associated with it, if we were to observe it on a theoretical vibrational condensation level.Then there is the physical body.We know exist easily by observation of it and its use.With these above observations we can eliminate most confusions regarding the very basics to existance and how we experience it.We will find alot of manifestation of our experiences through these above observations and conclusions.The Bible has an interesting quote on the association of Consciouness=Spirit with the body and how it is connected via a silver cord.Before the silver cord is snapped,or the golden bowl is broken at the cistern,and the dust returns to the earth as it was,and the Spirit returns to God who gave it.Eccl.12:6-7.Bowl obviously being symbolic for the body.Many of these concepts will seem to be "heavy" if you havn't exposed yourself to them before.But over time I believe you will see the clarity of this. Understanding this and through procedures within Quantum-Noetics you will come to know yourself as a being,Spiritual being that has an independence of the body and survives physical death.Through this observation we can conclude that there are other beings of consciousness that may or may not have a physical body.There are confused souls in limbo that many times become apparent in many of the sessions within Quantum-Noetics.Many are confused and need direction to have them eliminate their dependence of their association with a person.Then there are Spirits that are highly evolved and understands themself and their function and are helpers of people.These Cosmic Beings appear when they choose to and through their unique way of doing that.Whichever way they chose to.So through these basic observations we can see there are levels of reality that are generally unknown to the vast majority of people if they choose to remain Spiritually unaware.The value of knowing these other levels of reality is to eliminate confusion which then produces the experience of spiritual emancipation.Within these pages you can learn the proper techniques in order to Facilitate these levels of awareness.It can be further stated that feelings of sudden depression,confusion,negative sensations are a sign of these fallen beings while feelings of happiness,intuition,hunches,flashes of insight,chills feelings of well being and sometimes visual observations,as well as an epiphany can be associated with the helpers.Which are generally known to to have outgrown the need to evolve here on earth anymore but are here to assist others.All of the above does not have to be accepted in blind faith, but something for you to discover if its true to you over time in association with a Quantum-Noeticist.Any confusions regarding data in this book can be easily resolved by asking.Best Wishes to you and in the new insights that this book may trigger.
