The Possibilities of War

A perfect world will never be
It is simply something that we'll never see
The A-bomb was made, I know not what for
It has only lead to war, more war

A perfect world will never be
We will never unite, we will never see
The day may come when the people of the world find a common enemy
And we will be united, as we destroy the earth and burn every tree

A great war will rage for years and years
And when it has ended, we will have shed many tears
But we will have survived and defeated a common enemy
Having fought side by side to persevere and to be free

And a perfect world may now someday be
After this great war that made us all see
