Infectious Mononucleosis
"Mono" is a disease caused by the Epstein Barr Virus. It can make you very tired for up to six weeks.
If you have it and you're looking for a cure, STOP! There isn't one. There are basically two things that
can help. Those are: Prednisone and Ibuprofen. Prednisone is an anti-inflamitory pill that shrinks the
tonsels. Ibuprofen, such as Advil, is a pain killer that stops any headaches from fever or other pain
you may have. You may do NO contact sports for about two weeks after you feel better. This is because
