About the Artist -- Kris Thompson

I have been painting watercolors for about 8 years now. I have taught the art with my good friend, Emelie Lovelace, whose paintings you will also find on this webpage. Along with being an artist I am also the mother of one daughter and have three stepdaughters, all of whom who live with my husband and I on our small farm in Wisconsin.

Butternut Creek is a small, meandering creek nearby that is inhabited by muskrat, ducks, waterfowl of all description, and, on hot days, our dog Baloo. Thanks for stopping by!
