Totems are animal spirits that help guide and protect you over the course of your life. Despite what you may think, this is real and can work for you. There is a very easy way to learn what your totem is, and what it does. After you know what your totem is, you can use it to help you in your life. Although it is very easy to discover your totem, you MUST NOT tell anyone what animal your totem is. If you do, this will decrease the power of your totem. In order to discover what your totem is, there are seven questions that you must answer.
Your Questions:
1. Which animal or bird has always fascinated you?
2. When you visit the zoo, which animal do you wish to visit the most or first?
3. What animal(s) do you see most frequently when you are out in nature? Have you had encounters with animals in the wild?
4. Of all the animals in the world, which are you most interested in now?
5. What animal most frightens you?
6. Have you ever been bitten or attacked by an animal?
7. Do you have dreams with animals in them or are there animal dreams you have never forgotten?
All of these answers help to determine what your totem is. Once you have answered these questions, send them to me at my email and I will reply back to you with your totem and what that means.

The answers to the previous questions all have important meanings which contribute to the process of determining a totem. All animals have something they can teach us, and so influence our life.
