Setlist

This show is an audience recording and is VERY quiet. It's not the best quality, but if you turn up the volume, it is listenable. Although you can hear the crowd, I think that maybe noise reduction was used. The bass can be heard clearly, but the guitars are very quiet. What makes this show worth it is the very unusual setlist.

This is one of the very, very few times that "Rockin' Chair" was ever played live. It sounds kind of different with the electric guitar intro rather than the acoustic. Liam makes a very slight change to the chorus, and it ends with Noel repeating "You're not there." I like it, since it is one of my favorite Oasis songs. Another very rare performance is Noel's acoustic version of "Fade Away". Again, it sounds very different than the recorded version. It also has a weird echo, like someone else is singing during the chorus. "Round Are Way" is pretty rocking. There is a couple of guitar solos, and parts where the band is just jamming. During the song, Noel and Liam chant "got to get you into my life", which is taken from the Beatles.

Besides these rare songs, this is one of the shows where Scott McLeod takes over bass for Guigsy, who had left the band temporarily due to a breakdown. Liam introduces him by saying "This is Scott by the way, go easy on him." There is not a whole lot of chatter from the brothers. Liam stops the intro of "Rock N' Roll Star" so he can tell a joke. I can't make out what he says. It sounds like "What do you call a week on the floor?", but I can't understand his answer. He then says, "Back to being cool...Rock N' Roll Star". Liam dedicates "Round Are Way" to his mates in Manchester. Noel asks the crowd, "Has anyone bought the album yet? Did you all like it? I fuckin' liked it!". Although the quality isn't the best, this is a really good show.
