Jane Morgan Memorial Library Events

Here at Jane Morgan Memorial Library, we try to keep in touch with the community through special events or programs. You can learn about them here, as well as special dates at which our hours will change.

  • Children books are on sale at the library for a dollar a piece.
  • The summer reading program has started for grades pre-k thru 8th. Kids can come in and pick up their forms.
  • The library has recieved two new computers from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation. They can be used by patrons of all ages. You can use the internet, play games, and type documents on these machines. We urge everyone to come down and try them. Children 13 and up will be able to use the internet as well as adults. They should be connected to the internet this year.
  • We have recieved a box of photos taken in Cambria's past years and would appreciate any help that patrons might be able to give reguarding information or stories about them. Please stop by and ask to take a look at them if you would like to see them or help us out
We have been added to the LINK system as of 11/1/01. Now we are able to share our material with other librarys in southern Wisconsin as well as having better access to more materials for our patrons to use. Please stop by to recieve your new library card, or if you have a library card already good with the LINK system from a different library you can use that. Please be understanding to the staff if they are busy on the computer, because we are still learning how to use the system ourselves. Now patrons can request books themselves on our internet computer. Come in and try it out yourself! We strongly encourage that you learn how to order on your own now, to ensure that you get exactly what you want.

If something suddenly comes up a message will be posted on the door.
