In the first and second Bulletins we examined WHAT the
Microwave Weapon System may look like and WHERE it would
most likely be located. In this Bulletin III, we will
consider HOW it can have operated with impunity over such
a long time; the Mother of All Cover-ups.
o THE PRIMARY REASON for the successful cover-up of this system, emerges from our examination of the WHAT and WHERE of it. Well-secured military bases of special top-secret classification and limited "need to know" access, provide ample oportunity to hide a covert system of radiation assault weapon components.
o From my own experience with top-secret activity, there is a loyalty bond to the program that participants recognize and respect; therefore the chance of "leaks" of information from crew members is lttle to none. In addition, because of the nature of this social control system and its illegality a more formidable form of secrecy enforcement is present. This is patterned after, and may well be, an extention of "Omerta" employed by the Mafia over many years to demand silence from members, with amazing effectiveness More about this in a moment.
o ALL OF THE ABOVE is covered by the umbrella of"National Security", which puts all inquiry off limits. Many documented instances of past abuse, torture, and punishment were proven to be true, though at the time such programs enjoyed the safe harbor of "National Security"
o INTIMIDATION on individual and social levels has been a major factor in maintaining the secrecy of, and drmanding silence concerning the REALITY of a social control system enforced by high-energy radiation punishment and constant surveillance.
It is not hard to imagine the impact on most people that their most private moments have been secretly taped. The opportunity for blackmail, extortion, and demands of all kinds, have the highest factors of probability.This plus a taste of the cruel torture some of us are consistantly plagued by, can prove to be intimidation of a degree most people cannot withstand. Pressures on parents whose young children are threatened is beyond estimation.
o 'NEW' FORMS OF HARASSMENT include the direct voice communication from controllers to targets, and to willing controller assistants on the ground. A review of the documented history of the scientific phenomena of what is called, "Synthetic Telepathy" reveals that this means of direct communication has been available and in use for many years. A considerable minority of people are not susceptible to this type of microwave signal, but most are. This eerie manner of intrusion contributes to the collective control of society, and to the "false and lying wonders" kind of power display by the social controllers.
o MANY PEOPLE, particularly the younger generations, are awe-struck by these high-tech "miracles" and comply with the edicts of silence and secrecy without question They are caught up in the "magic" of being a part of such a large and audacious control enterprise, and follow the voice insructions of the controllers to conduct organized and orchestrated harassment against selected targets.
o THE MAJOR MEDIA is totally committed to maintaining the secret status of the system. Aiding and abetting in the control of society, they supply only disinformation, confusion, and distraction concerning the REALITY that such intrusive atrocities exist.
