The EDDIE BAIT was originally designed in the 1950's to replace casting a harnessed live sucker. It is the "original gliding, stiff-wire jerk bait." Its diving, darting, crippled fish action literally tantilizes large game fish. For 40 years, it has been a a proven producer. The Eddie Bait has taken Muskies over 40 lbs., Northern Pike over 30 lbs., Walleye up ato 11 lbs. and many lunker bass.
All EDDIE BAITS are made from American Rock Maple. The hardwood body makes it difficult for a Muskie to sink it's teeth into the bait. The weighted bodies are individually hand painted for a durable finish. Mustad 2X strong treble hooks and top of the line hardware are used throughout all Eddie Baits.
Breathing, crawling feathers give this lure a unique lifelike action that cannot be duplicated by deer hair, nylon, or rubber skirts.
