TIGER RULES OF FAIR PLAY
(Updated March, 2011

#1. Spades is just a game and is played for FUN.

#2.We invite all Zoners to apply for membership to The Tigers regardless of skill level. However, we are competitive and we allow members to advertise for rated games.

#3. We do NOT cheat. Any member caught violating this Rule, upon the presentation of evidence, will be immediately dismissed from the club.

#4. We are NOT RUDE or CRUDE at the tables nor with any of our members. This conduct MAY BE grounds for IMMEDIATE dismissal from this family, depending on the severity of the violation.

  • a) In regards to this Rule: Instant messages are considered private between those sending and receiving same. However, if a zm is presented to leadership that constitutes cheating or unsolicited foul language or suggestions, this Rule MAY be enforced if proper evidence of infraction is supplied.

  • b) Proper evidence would include a screen shot of the zm  or copies of all correspondence supporting the charges made.

#5. We allow others to visit our tables (sometimes that is how they learn by watching others.) However, if anyone is uncomfortable at table the “hide cards” option is open to all.

#6.. We agree to honor all GamingPeak and CampFire Spaders rules, regulations and code of conduct.

  • a) Tournaments: each host has their own set of tournament rules and we agree to honor and respect hosts and their rules.

  • b) Ladders: Each ladder league has its own set of rules and regulations and we agree to honor and respect the standing rules of play.

#7. We do NOT quit or abandon games because we are losing.

#8. We agree to assist our fellow club members if at all possible with any zone problem. We must be there for each other!

#9. We agree to be ambassadors for "our family of Tigers" and each member is urged to invite anyone sharing our beliefs to join The Tigers. The more members the merrier.

#10. We agree to give each other the benefit of the doubt in any ambiguous situation . It is important to forgive and to forget. If there is a problem between fellow Tigers, please contact one of the Tiger leaders and see if it can be resolved. We are a zone family and we are not always going to agree with each other. But lets agree to allow each other to disagree.

HAPPY SPADING TO ALL
