Well, as it turns out, Hank fessed up that he wasn't the Youth Director, he was just taking over the director's job for a few minutes. Meanwhile, the real director, Luis, was flirting with his old girlfriend from high school, Beth, the local coffee shop waitress. Sheridan decided to go get herself some food while the director was out, but all she wanted was a muffin. As Beth informed her, someone already beat her to the last muffin - Luis. The two argued as Beth deduced either they were very much in love, or they were mortal enemies (well, gee, this gal's smart since those are two very much polar opposites!). Sheridan grabbed her muffin --and for what seems like the first time in television history, she also payed for it, and left for the youth center. There she met up again with the troublesome bum Hank as he informed her she'd like the director as he walked through the door. Yep, Sheridan, it's Luis!
Timmy mourned the loss of his creator and prepared to leave Harmony on his own. But as he gathered all his belongings and headed for the door he heard a moaning - Tabitha was still alive! A scared Timmy "revived" a passed out drunken Tabitha and revealed Charity was back and town and something had to be done or it was curtains for the lovable duo. Tabitha prepared to head for the Bennett's house, leaving Timmy all alone with Fluffy the cat. Soon after Fluffy saw Timmy tried to poison it, the cat chased him into the basement, where the strange red light was still glowing from underneath all the fog. The scared doll ran away from the basement, but wondered if whatever was down there could help him rid of Fluffy.
Jessica was horrified when the meanest English teacher ever e-mailed her welcoming her to her class for the new school year. How could this be, she asked herself, until she caught a glimpse of her sister, Kay laughing. She had sent the teacher an e-mail from Jessica saying she wanted so desperately to be in her class, that way her brat face little sister couldn't interfere with her longing for Miguel's attention. But alas, a phone call from Mrs. Standish to Mrs. Bennett about Charity's recent disappearance caused Jessica to go to Miguel's house to get the two. There she found Miguel washing his hair in the sink (don't ask) with Charity by his side. She ordered the two to follow her and maybe her mother could help Charity find her mom's twin sister. But when they arrived at her house, they found Kay, with Simone's help, in an embarrassing situation as she was trying to give herself a makeover into the realm of being a blonde. But too much hair dye caused Kay's hair to fall out in sporadic clumps. But as Reese showed up and everyone started talking about finding Charity's aunt, Simone had the most outrageous thought - maybe Grace was Mrs. Standish's twin sister (No! Get out!). Soon even Kay was horrified by this thought. It could ruin everything in her family and she would never again get the attention from her parents she thought she deserved.
Grace was busy maintaining her shop as she had a memory of two little twin girls as she fainted. Sam saw her and asked her what was wrong. She told him about the vision and wondered why she would be talking to herself in the dream (she just doesn't get it, does she?). They decided to go online together one last time to find Faith a.k.a. Seeker to get more clues about Grace's past. Faith also decided to go online once more to find out more about Grace. She connected with Sam - who's apparently a really fast typist, and revealed that Grace does have family - her. Awww…And Grace revealed Faith's daughter would have cousins - two girls and a boy (that's right, there's another dorky Bennett out there somewhere). Faith informed her that "they" might be in Harmony and warned Sam and her sister to keep on the look out. She pulled out a three hundred-year old painting of an accused witch from Salem's witch trials. Just then Tabitha walked in and prevented Sam and Grace see the downloaded picture with a staged fainting spell. And guess who the witch in the picture was? Why none other than Harmony's Tabitha Lenox. Grace and Sam went searching for a smelling sauce to wake up their neighbor. (It's official - these two really are geeks. No one ever keeps smelling sauce in their house anymore). Tabitha meanwhile put a spell on the computer to delete the picture, not knowing of Ctrl-Alt-Delete and in great Wizard of Oz fashion, Tabitha's glowing head, complete with a shooting flame warned Faith that she would get her and her little daughter too! Faith fainted of course, and the little angle girl from the church showed up, scaring Tabitha. Grace and Sam saw the downloaded picture of the pilgrim, except now it had the face of an innocent little boy, as the two thought Faith must be crazy to think he was evil. And to make matters worse, Tabitha saw Miguel and Charity heading for Grace's workshop and knew the two could never meet. She decided to have her neighbors take her home the back way, but Timmy was inside making a lot of racket, as he was packing up, ready to leave as Sam entered and the doll called out for Tabitha. But Tabby convinced the niave cop the doll said nothing and faked another dizzy spell. This time the worry wart neighbors caled Doc Eve Russell over to do a check up. I mean, three dizzy spells in one day is an awful lot, even for a three hundred year old witch! Grace mentioned her sister's name while her and Sam were alone in the living room, and the spirit board moved! Sam and Tabitha agreed nothing moved and it was just her imagination. Upon leaving, Sam had the strangest idea - what if Charity was related to Grace! God isn't he quick?! The two rushed over to their house - well, more or less - you know how these shows move. It was kind of after hours of discussing whether or not they should go back home.
Kay received a phone call from the revived Faith about Charity being in danger. (Isn't she always, though? That girl should get herself a Lassie!) Kay yelled out for Chairty who headed back inside the house and informed her mom that she found her twin sister living in Harmony! But Faith insisted once again the girl return home. Simone meanwhile pushed for Kay to show a picture of her mother to Charity, but she refused. Just then Sam and Grace came home, but by now Charity and Miguel had gone clear across the town block to his house.

But the two girls were anything but help and Ethan and Ivy only badgered their detective about accusing two innocent girls of knowing the stalker. Ethan relived Frank of his duties yet, he didn't want to give up the case so easily, as he followed the two girls to the local café. Frank followed the girls as Theresa planned on changing back into her regular clothes. Whitney realized she may have feelings for the detective. Ethan meanwhile yelled out Theresa's name while sleeping after Gwen blew into his ear. Uh, oh!
