As Faith and Charity arrived in Harmony they neared the tent where the havoc wreaking Tabitha and Timmy were plotting against their town. But the witch felt an evil presence that became stronger when the Standish women entered the tent. The evil duo were flung high into the air, covered by a green florescent light until the two left thanking them for a wonderful "show." Elsewhere at the carnival, Grace felt a presence, but was unsure of who it could be. (Could it be her sister?!) She decided maybe the much-talked about gypsy could tell her clues to her past and possibly maybe give her a hint that she still had a family somewhere.

After overhearing Ethan proposing to Gwen, Theresa became distraught and an emotional basket-case as she trashed her Ethan Crane poster covered wall, only to be interrupted by her brother Luis who convinced her her dreams would never be anything more than just that - dreams. But the plot thickened as Gwen sadly informed Ethan she could never marry him. Theresa's dream man not only was turned down by his proposal, but ended up entering a No Man's Land as he toured his father's fishery where the young girl was now employed. Disaster with Ethan Crane struck once again for Theresa as she let fish loose all over the angered Crane. Embarrassed, Theresa felt obligated to quit her latest job.

Kay was still at ends with her sister Jessica over not revealing her secret crush to her best friend Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald. Simone Russell, the youngest daughter of T.C. and Eve, was worried about Kay's manners towards Reese Durkee, Miguel's geeky best friend. But the teen had it all figured out how she was going to end up on a fantasy date with her best guy friend - have a rigged contest at the carnival to declare Mr. Harmony. But Miguel could only think of Charity Standish whom he had met at the carnival the previous day.
