Pizzeria J.J!
Flatbread. This is usually used for tacos or tortillas. Forget that! Lay the flatbread out. Curl/press the ends. Now, you have a piece of flatbread, and now take some, not alot...some, Ragu Pizza SauceŽ (w/Meat), and then top with some grated cheese. I used American and Cheddar. Put this on a PrestoŽ Pizzazz Plus roaster ovenŽ. 5 minutes. Now, you have an instant pizza! Add or subtact whatever you want, but this is good and cheap! Really cheap! Plus, you don't have to go to the pizza place, have the 19 year old kid sneeze on your pizza, give you the wrong change or have the driver run away with a $20 bill for a $7 pizza! It is EXCELLENT!
Thanx to cousin, Barb, who tipped me off to this one. Dedicated to my father who ate "wrong" his whole life and lived to 85! Here's to you, dad! "Give it to 'em, dad!"

  THE RIEGER-BURGER!
Ingredients: Kaiser roll, Ground Chuck, 3 cheeses, butter/margarine, bacon.

On the way to a heart attack...
1 Cut open the Kaiser roll, place on TOP of a toaser to toast inside of bun.
2 Put two small patties on grill. I use a George Foreman to control grease.
3 Microwave "pre-cooked" bacon for 20 seconds. This stuff doesn't have to be refrigerated. Stays a long time.
4 Open roll off toaster, hamburger, 3 cheeses (I use Provolone, Mozzarella and Mild Cheddar), hamburger on top, bacon on top of that, margarine on TOP of that. Close bun! Make sure to really drain grease into paper towels! EAT!

  HERE'S LAYER BY LAYER:
  Bun
  butter
  bacon
  hamburger
  3 cheeses
  hamburger
  bun

You'll see the margarine dripping on your plate. The butter melts on the bacon. The chesses melt all over the hamburger. Quite a bunch of tastes! Take the bun, wiping the margarine into the remaing part of the bun, enjoy with a nice beverage and enjoy life! I like Diet-Rite for NO calories, no carbs, no caffine or sodium. Best thing: Only takes 9.8 seconds to make!

I've made these things for DX get-togethers and when friends are around the firepit at home. They fill you up!

You might want to wash out the 1677 calories with a big glass of water later on! Gotta recipe?

Busy Day Burgers
I remember having these excellent burgers when I was a child. My mom found it in a 1952 Milwaukee Journal recipe column. Absolutely excellent. Enjoy!
These are quite quick and very, very easy to make. If you're like me and don't like onions, forget it. You'll never taste them! Every time I have this, I think of my mom, who always pushed me to be better!
Makes for 4-6
10 minutes to make!

1 pound ground beef
2 T. flour
1 can Campbell's French Onion soup
Brown ground beef in heavy skillet, stirring to separate meat. Sprinkle flour over meat; stir until well mixed with the meat. Add soup. Cook until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened. Serve on hamburger buns. This makes 4 to 6 servings but can easily be doubled.
