This is is the Official Heavycore Issue and will feature all of the members of the international union of heavy bands. Yes folks its all out metal, metal and more metal. The catalog release date is September 2000. This is issue will be non other than brutal core masters Low Twelve and an in depth interview with singer/bassist Pete Altieri. If you dont know him already ? you will ! This guy is a machine ! Singer/songwriter/bassist for Low Twelve, author and writer for Mid West Beat magazine and did we mention that he and Corey Wilson of Generation Hate FOUNDED Heavycore ? A true metal warrior speaks in this issue so be sure not to miss the gospel of brutality as it is spread so brutally across the pages. In that very same issue Pete Altieri will be doing an interview with UDO Dirksnieder of Accept fame. One singer interviews another. We are even dying to see it ! Please take minute and visit the official Low Twelve site for those of you with a sense of what metal truly is and will always be. On the site you will find links to the new Low Twelve release due out this year in August/early September, Flesh of the Weak. Art for this awesome display of metal is done by non other than the world famous Tim Bradstreet. Whose credits includes dozens of Marvel comics and some Clive Barker book covers. Wicked killer music deserves a wicked killer artist to do the cover right ? The band and the art ar just that. Brutal as they come ! Generation Hate and Blessed with Pain signed to D-Day Records New releases are now going into motion for Generation Hate and Blessed with Pain both of Illinois. Heavy intelligent music from the makers of D-Day. Recordings will begin some time in August and release dates will be announced shortly following. Label battle of the Independent Labels competion. The first show is tenatively planned for September 30th 2000 and will be held at the Washington Legion Hall in Peoria Illinois. The first match and round is with Kapital K Records VS D-Day Records. The line up of bands are some of the most brutal bone crunching on earth. D-Day Records bands include: Forever Sleep, Low Twelve, Next of Kin, Generation Hate and Blessed with Pain.
