(04-24-2001) Don't get me wrong here, but I actually liked this movie. It is one of those cute high school awkward love tales where boy meets girl, conflict and then the get together and their is a big kiss. Yes, it has been done before...a lot of times it has been done before. But I like this new poppy-hip fresh version of the tale. It is just one of those feel good movies. I like Freddie Prinze, Jr. in this one. I hate the fact that Freddie is playing Freddy on the new Scooby Doo Movie. Okay I am going off on different tangents. Rachel Leigh Cook is very attractive in this film, more so Jodi Lyn O'Keefe(Taylor Vaughn). Matthew Lillard(Brock Hudson) has a very funny dance scene at a teen party. To sum this um, my favorite line in the movie is by Simon (Laney Boggs's younger brother) which is "SEGA!".

(04-10-2001) :: She's All That stars Freddie Prinze as a popular high schooler, who makes a bet with one of his friends that he can turn an unattractive female into the prom queen.
Out of all the women to choose from, he picks Rachael Leigh Cook, who is supposedly unattractive because she wears glasses, over alls and likes art.
But hold on one second, once she takes off those glasses she's fuckin' gorgeous and the guys in the school want to rail her. It's not long before Mr. Prinze finds himself falling in love with Misses Cook.
Will their love triumph? Of course it will. She's All That is a bad movie, but it is also energetic. The cast is never convincing, but fun to watch. In the end, She's All That is quite funny, even if it is for all the wrong reasons.
