Bio:

Padma is a council member...we met him first when the council came to town in Burnt Offerings. He can call any animal that's why he's known as the Master of Beasts...though personally I perfer Anita's fruedian slip Beast Master...course maybe I'm the only one who gets that joke. Anyways, he's not a nice guy, in fact he's a major prick...and if he weren't bound to Gideon and Thomas he'd be dead already.
