The Lighthouse

BY: Cassy

Actually, this another poem it TO Cassy from her husband for Valentine's Day. Ain't love grand?

There's a lighthouse in the distance
And its beacon shines so bright
I know that it will lead me home
On this dark and stormy night
As long as I can see it
I know I won't be lost
Its light of love can calm these waers
And my vessel can't be tossed
The mistress of the lighthouse
Tamara is her name
She's the holder of my heart
And the keeper of our flame
She's an angel sent from heaven
And she brought with her a star
She placed it in the lighthouse
And it guides me from afar
No matter how rough the weather
I feel no fear or fright
For I know my love awaits me
And protects me with her light.
