I think he's nothing more than a myth created by people to control other people. They speak of a 'creation' of GameFAQS, and say it was no more than 5 years ago! Nonsense, GameFAQS was created billions of years ago in a freak conflagration of html. And look at this 'holy book' that CJayCians use to justify his existence. I'm talking about the 'TOS' - it reads like the ramblings of a drugged horse!
Oh sure, people say that CJayC posts on these boards all the time, I posit that these 'posting miracles' are faked by CJayCians to get people to believe in his existence.
There is no evidence for this 'omnipotent being' controlling GameFAQS, therefore he does not exist.

Hey, bear in mind I don't believe any of this crap. My parents made me worship CJayC when I was younger, but now I see there's not a shred of evidence for his existence.
It makes me laugh when CJayCians say he's maintaining GameFAQS! GameFAQS maintains itself naturally, it doesn't need the hand of some mighty being to guide it.
