This layout is titled Blue Dream, and it features Lain from Serial Experiments Lain. It's a popup and iframes layout, and as you can see it is very blue. I actually like it a lot, even though the text space maybe too small for some people (hey it's a lot larger than my past two popups!) This layout looks pretty much good in every resolution.. I think. Unzip this and upload everything in the zip file to your server. Make sure that all the images in the images folder are in there! If you have Geocities or a host that requires uploading through a file manager, make a new subdirectory called 'images' and upload all the images to the subdirectory. You're going to have to know HTML (like all my other layouts) to edit stuff because I was too lazy to include tabs.. ^_^"" The iframe name is called 'main'.
